Ebb & Flow Expressive Arts Therapy is run by Dale Costanzo & Patti Smithson who are both Certified Expressive Arts Therapists, having graduated from the Langara College Expressive Arts Therapy Certificate Program.
After working as graphic designers for over 25 years they went back to school to follow their passion—helping people learn to grow and enrich themselves through creative self-exploration. They have facilitated group and one-on-one sessions for children, teens, adults, and seniors and have experience working with people suffering from addiction, trauma, and dementia.
